1. Academic Excellence

Objective: Provide rigorous, innovative, and relevant academic programs that support intellectual growth and career readiness.

Measurable Indicators:
• Maintain program-specific accreditation and compliance standards.
• Achieve a minimum 80% student course completion rate across all programs.
• Ensure 90% of programs undergo curriculum review every 5 years.

2. Student Development and Success

Objective: Foster holistic student development by supporting academic achievement, ethical formation, and leadership capacity.

Measurable Indicators
• Reach an annual student retention rate of at least 75%.
• Ensure that 85% of graduates are employed or enrolled in advanced education within 12 months of graduation.
• Offer at least 10 co-curricular and leadership development programs annually.

3. Faith Integration and Ethical Leadership

Objective: Incorporate the university’s faith-based values across academic, professional, and community experiences.

Measurable Indicators:
• Embed faith and ethics components in 100% of degree programs.
• Host a minimum of 4 campus-wide events annually focused on ethics, faith, or service.
